Your Account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
Money.
Fees paid to PoolerHub (tokens, Pro pass, etc.) are for access to our platform and its features — not for any pool or Pick'em league itself. Entry fees, payouts, and all money exchanged within a pool or league are handled directly between the organizer and their players. PoolerHub is never a party to that exchange and isn't responsible for disputes, non-payment, or how an organizer manages their pool's funds.
Intellectual Property.
Everything that makes PoolerHub work — our source code, database structure, design, layout, scoring and payout logic, and the underlying mechanics of how pools and Pick'em leagues are run — is the exclusive property of PoolerHub and is protected by copyright and trade secret law. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract any part of the platform, its code, or its data — including for the purpose of building a competing product or training an AI model. Automated access to the platform (bots, scripts, scrapers) outside of normal browser use is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
