How It Works

From setup to payout — everything you need to run a smooth squares pool or NFL Pick'em league for your crew.

1

Create your pool

Sign up for PoolerHub and hit New Game. Set the pool name, price per box, and your payment handle (Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle) so players know where to send their entry fee. The whole setup takes under two minutes.

2

Share the link

PoolerHub gives you a private share link. Drop it in your group chat, text it to the crew, or send it via email. Players don't need to create an account — they just tap the link and they're in.

3

Players claim their boxes

Each player taps any open square on the 10×10 grid and enters their name. The box is locked in immediately — first come, first served. Players can claim multiple boxes if they want extra chances to win.

4

Track payments in the ledger

Your dashboard includes a built-in payment ledger. Mark players as paid, add notes, and see at a glance who still owes. No spreadsheets, no screenshots, no group chat chaos.

5

Draw the numbers before kickoff

Once the pool fills — or any time before the game starts — open your dashboard and draw numbers. You can let PoolerHub randomly generate the digits 0–9 for each axis, or enter them manually. Numbers are assigned to each row and column and are visible to all players on the share page.

1

Create your league

Upgrade to Pro, then hit New Game and choose NFL Pick'em. Set your league name, entry fee, payout structure, which game days to include (Thu / Sat / Sun / Mon), and your payment handle. Done in about two minutes.

2

Share the link

Copy the share link from your dashboard and send it to your group. Players don't need an account — they open the link, enter their name, and they're in the league.

3

Players submit picks each week

Each week players pick a winner for every game. The last game of the week is the tiebreaker — players also guess the combined final score. Picks lock automatically one hour before the first kickoff. Players can update their picks any time before that deadline.

4

PoolerHub scores everything automatically

As games go final, PoolerHub scores picks in real time via ESPN data. The leaderboard updates instantly — no manual input from you. Correct picks earn a point; the tiebreaker decides ties by closest combined score guess.

5

Pay your winners, repeat all season

Use the built-in weekly ledger to track who's paid their entry fee. Pay out however your group has agreed — weekly, monthly, or end of season. The league runs all 18 weeks and archives automatically when you're done.
